Your Responsibilities 1. Export Coordination (in collaboration with freight forwarders)
Process and document export orders
Review delivery and payment terms
2. Telephone Service (main line) & Main Email Management
Manage the main telephone line: receive, forward, and prioritize calls
Manage the main company email inbox: sorting, forwarding, prioritization
Maintain and use standard response templates
Coordinate appointments and calendar synchronization with Teams/Outlook
3. Administrative Tasks
Data maintenance in ERP/CRM systems (customer master data, contacts, quotations, orders)
IT and office supply management (stock, accessories, procurement)
Hygiene controls and occupational safety checks (if relevant)
Prepare quotations: verify prices, discounts, conditions, and use quotation templates
Create and send quotations to customers
Follow up on quotations, monitor deadlines, and conduct follow-ups
Coordinate order processing from quotation to delivery
Payment coordination (open invoices, credit limits)
After-sales support (returns, repairs, warranties)
Your Profile
Experience in internal sales, export, or administrative functions is an advantage
Precise, structured, and reliable working style
Enjoy customer interaction and organizational tasks
Good IT skills (ERP and MS Office knowledge is an advantage)
Excellent written and spoken German and English
French knowledge is an advantage
