Inspiring prospective travelers, the full-time Remote Inbound Sales Agent will manage inbound calls to educate customers on international trip packages, achieve high conversion rates, and upsell additional products while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and sales support Achieve a conversion rate of over 70% by confirming bookings during calls Upsell travel-related products and services while documenting customer interactions efficiently
Required qualifications
2-5 years of sales experience in a call center, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury sales Experience with upselling additional products or services 1+ years of remote work experience, preferably with remote training Must have a hardwired internet connection with recommended speeds of 50 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload Stable telephone service (landline or VOIP) for routing calls
