About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect home while working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
You'll be: Providing customer-centric sales advice Supporting buyers throughout their journey Liaising with purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents Managing sales administration Attending final inspections and handovers Representing the Gleeson brand across multiple sites

What You'll Be Doing
Selling Follow up all marketing leads Meet clients, understand their needs, and qualify effectively Achieve sales targets Promote our Gleeson Options extras Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other partners Maintain strong customer follow-up
Administration Conduct market research and competitor analysis Maintain the customer enquiry database Use COINS (training provided) Support contract progression
Housekeeping Maintain high standards across sales areas and completed plots Report and monitor snags Ensure show homes and sales spaces reflect our brand
Who We're Looking For
You
