Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of requirements intake, documentation, and functional alignment across business, development, and testing teams.
Translate enhancement requests into clear, version‑controlled Service Requirements Documentation (SRDs) and actionable user stories.
Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable, understood, and validated end‑to‑end.
Clarify functional requirements throughout each stage of the development cycle, from design to testing.
Maintain continuous communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio and use case development.
Ability to translate complex requests into clear user stories and documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills across diverse teams.
Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's Degree.
