Job Summary As the largest online distributor of restaurant supplies and equipment, WebstaurantStore offers a catalog of more than 430,000 products supported by fast, reliable shipping. Nearly all our technological design, development, and system management are handled in-house, allowing us to build custom, innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
Due to our continued growth, we’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Warehouse Optimization Team. This team is focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining our warehouse software, workflows, and systems across supported warehouse locations.
Responsibilities
Working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment.
Performing analysis and gathering requirements for project initiatives.
Creating user stories and assisting in the facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assisting stakeholders and product owners with analyzing and validating business needs and establishing development priorities.
Acting as a liaison between the development department and the business customers.
Working closely with software engineers and quality assurance to enhance software solutions and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria.
Facilitating meetings and assuming all Scrum Master duties.
Coordinating development work across various development teams.
