Take charge of federal facilities where performance, safety, and precision drive everything you do.

The Contract Facility Manager (CFM) oversees daily operations, inspections, and projects across federal facilities. You'll ensure compliance, support construction efforts, and serve as the on-site leader for performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage facility operations and ensure GSA compliance
• Conduct inspections and oversee corrective actions
• Support construction and repair projects
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders
• Maintain reports, documentation, and budgets
• Address tenant needs and support satisfaction initiatives
• Monitor building performance and operating costs
• Represent GSA in meetings and on-site activities

• 5+ years in facility, construction, or property management
• Knowledge of building systems and codes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Office and GSA tools preferred
