Maintenance Supervisor-The Ashford

General Responsibilities Include:

• Fulfilling service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Apartment punch work
• Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
• General plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Drywall repair
• Grounds maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
• Train, direct, supervise, and motivate maintenance staff
• Ensure the property provides safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing
• Represent Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally in interactions with coworkers, residents, and the public

Schedule & Availability:

• Ability to work MondayFriday
• Weekend availability is required
• On-call rotation is required
• Must be available to work some holidays as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the apartment industry
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• HVAC and CPO certification required
