Blue Cloud is the largest pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company in the country, specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients delivered under general anesthesia. As our network of ASCs continues to grow, we are actively recruiting a new Nurse Manager to join our talented and passionate care teams. ABOUT YOU

You have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent care to our patients. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center

Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management

Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given

Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers

YOU HAVE REQUIREMENTS + QUALIFICATIONS

Current state license to practice as a registered nurse

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

At least 2 years of nursing experience

BLS upon hire

ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

Preferred Bachelor's

Preferred ICU or perioperative nursing experience

Leadership experience

Nurse Manager experience

Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
