Field Account Executive (Dallas Area)

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission! Mileage Reimbursement

This role offers an opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery program in the Dallas area by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner network. You will focus on field-based outreach, visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive sign-ups, build community relationships, and support recruitment events, while managing your pipeline in Salesforce and earning uncapped commission based on partner conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage them to apply.
  • Qualify prospective businesses based on defined criteria and guide them step-by-step through the application process.
  • Lead and track all sales activity using Salesforce, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects and partners.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce, economic development associations, and other community organizations, to drive referrals.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and new partners, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Travel within a radius of up to approximately four hours round trip daily to cover assigned territories and meet outreach goals.
  • Consistently work toward and achieve recruitment targets and performance goals to maximize uncapped commission and incentives.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-knocking and territory sales.
  • Hands-on experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch opportunities to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively with a Field Manager, contractors, and community partners.
  • High sense of urgency, with the ability to move quickly on leads and follow up consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for applicants in the field.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools, including Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip daily to cover assigned territories.
  • Comfort working in a field-based, door-to-door sales environment multiple days per week.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role with significant time spent visiting businesses in the Dallas metro area and the Irving/Flower Mound area. You will be in the field approximately 45 days per week, conducting door-to-door outreach and attending community-based recruitment events. When not in the field, you will work from home to manage your Salesforce pipeline, complete administrative tasks, and coordinate with your Field Manager and team. The position involves daily travel of up to approximately four hours round trip, with mileage reimbursed at 72.5 cents per mile. The work environment is performance-driven and offers uncapped commission, with average annual commission in the range of $15,000$25,000 and potential to exceed that based on performance. You can earn up to $350 per partner converted, including structured payouts per hub application, ready-to-launch status, and post-launch milestones, plus added monthly incentives for hitting goals. After six months of successful performance, you are eligible for two weeks of paid time off. The role requires comfort working independently in the field, interacting face-to-face with business owners, and using technology tools such as Salesforce and Excel in a home-office setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.
