Contract Duration: 2 months
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of related work experience, or an AA degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment, and IMAC experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for interacting with and servicing our clients with any technical problem they are experiencing.
Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
Consultative approach to solving issues.
