Your role as Lead DevOps: As Lead DevOps, you will work with one of our major clients to take over existing developments and lead a profound transformation towards industrialization. A true technical reference with a strong DevOps culture, your mission will be to carry the "automation" vision on different development projects, ensure the technological and structural transition, and structure the future of our platforms. Your missions: Piloting and taking over developments: Take over the legacy and various existing Java projects to evolve them. Transition to automation: Define, carry, and execute the automation strategy of the different development projects (CI/CD, deployments, run). Architecture & Orchestration: Design and implement robust solutions based on Kubernetes (K8S) and automate the infrastructures via Ansible. Documentation & Perpetuation: Write and structure technical documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Technical leadership: Accompany the team on a daily basis, instill good development and automation practices, and ensure code quality. Your playground: Languages and Frameworks: Java (expert) DevOps & Automation: Ansible, Kubernetes (K8S), Docker, CI/CD pipelines Management & Versioning: Git, build automation tools Method: Technical leadership, DevOps culture, structured approach, and rigorous documentation Profile sought: You have solid experience of at least 10 years in the Java ecosystem, with a proven track record as a Lead Dev on large-scale projects. More than a developer, you have a true DevOps vision and a passion for automation and industrialization of processes. You master Kubernetes (K8S) and Ansible. You have an excellent ability to document your architectures and processes. Your natural leadership, pedagogy, and rigor allow you to engage teams and shift the existing towards modern and automated environments.
