To support the growth of the Credit Card portfolio, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will lead analytics initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, portfolio management, and executive decision-making. Key responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing hypotheses using data across Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Fraud, and Marketing Manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations Develop A/B test designs and perform ad-hoc analyses to enhance Credit Card engagement and credit performance
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Decision Science, Credit Risk, or a related quantitative field 4+ years of experience supporting Credit Card portfolios, with expertise in Credit Risk and Fraud Analytics Proficiency in SQL and experience with major BI platforms like Tableau or Sigma Hands-on experience with Python or R for analytical problem-solving Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a Master's degree is preferred
