The Data Acquisition team at Ornikar aims to support the growth of Ornikar by accelerating the acquisition of new clients across all products: code of the road, driving school, and insurance. The team collaborates with: Marketing Acquisition - Paid Ads, SEO/SEA, social, partnerships
Sales & Revenue Ops - lead generation and qualification, optimization of the conversion funnel
CRM & Marketing Automation - segmentation, scoring
Your missions
Data Analysis You will conduct strategic analyses in Python or SQL to find levers for growth
You will present your results and action recommendations on slides to support business decisions
You will monitor business performance weekly to alert the business and analyze the reasons for performance declines
Data Visualization You will help acquisition teams understand and manage their performance through the creation of key indicators, dashboards, and reports
You will participate, in collaboration with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, in the design and implementation of our data model using our dbt tool, with the aim of creating a single source of truth
Examples of current or upcoming missions: Our CMO wants to identify key levers to improve the conversion of our leads on certain products
Our CMO seeks to measure the numerical impact of a new product launch on a particular segment
Our Head of Sales wants to prioritize leads to contact to optimize conversion rate
Our Head of CRM wants a dashboard to monitor campaign performance and measure their impact

Your experience and skills
You have between
3 to 5 years
of experience in data analytics
You have an excellent level of SQL and Python
You have significant experience with a modern data stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt)
You have worked with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker
You have the ability to make your results accessible and provide clear, well-argued recommendations at all decision-making levels
You demonstrate adaptability and proactivity, allowing you to thrive in dynamic and demanding work environments
