The Sales Supervisor to serve as a field-based leader focused on driving sales performance, developing talent, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for an individual who combines strong relationship-building skills with a result-oriented mindset and enjoys coaching others to achieve higher levels of success. Acting as a bridge between sales leadership and the sales team, the Sales Supervisor will provide hands-on support through ride-alongs, field training, performance coaching, and ongoing development initiatives. The Sales Supervisor will be highly organized, influential, and proactive, with the ability to build trust while holding team members accountable to expectations and performance standards. By supporting onboarding efforts, reinforcing sales processes, identifying development opportunities, and promoting a positive team culture, you will play a critical role in improving sales consistency, accelerating new hire success, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the long-term growth and retention of the sales team. This position is designed as a leadership development opportunity with a clear path toward future sales management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ride-alongs and observe sales appointments to provide coaching and performance feedback. Train and develop sales representatives in inspection quality, customer communication, objection handling, and closing techniques. Support onboarding and field training for new hires, helping accelerate their development and success. Monitor sales performance metrics and partner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities. Reinforce sales processes, company standards, and customer experience expectations. Assist with performance management, accountability, and development planning. Build strong relationships with team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance sales culture. Communicate performance trends, concerns, and opportunities to sales leadership. Identify trends, challenges, and best practices observed in the field and provide recommendations to sales leadership for improving sales effectiveness. Recognize and celebrate individual and team successes to enhance culture. What You Offer: Prior sales experience required. Previous leadership, coaching, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer communication, and closing strategies. Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field supporting sales representatives. Ability to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvement plans.
