Join our Trade Management team, supporting key initiatives shaping our Commodities and Global Markets in-house trade capture platforms - one of many exciting change transformations across Macquarie. In this role, you will be part of a strategic transformation program focused on uplifting our trade capture platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate across business and technology to drive front-to-back changes across OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on critical systems at the core of Commodity and Global Markets business.
What you offer
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Financial services background with working knowledge of derivatives and trade lifecycle processes (preferred)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work effectively with data
A curious mindset and a passion for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
