We have an excellent opportunity for a CPD (Learning and Development) Executive in our CPD Team.
Engineers Ireland is the professional body for engineers and engineering in Ireland.

We are the first point of call for our members seeking training and development so that they can be successful in their roles and we act as the voice of the engineering profession in Ireland.
The Role Engineers Ireland is seeking to recruit a CPD (Learning and Development) Executive who will have responsibility for developing and delivering, evaluating and expanding a suite of high quality CPD offerings to the engineering community.
The candidate must be experienced in learning and development, self-motivated and resourceful, with strong commercial acumen.
The Executive will be responsible for the growth of the CPD department and for the management of key programmes and projects.
As a senior member of a large, high-performing team, the Executive will play a key role in ensuring that the team continues to innovate, excel and deliver beyond the expectations of our members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage key relationships with clients, technical experts, trainers and other stakeholders Coordinate and manage a range of one day seminars for engineers Research and develop new CPD offerings Meet and/or exceed personal and team financial targets Manage budget for key programmes Manage special projects arising Market and communicate CPD offerings Work on cross organisational projects Desired Skills & Experience: A minimum of 4 years relevant experience Strong sales and influencing skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines Organisational and client relationship management skills Experience in project management and event management Experience of developing training courses for engineers would be an advantage Demonstrable commercial acumen Knowledge of working across a range of platforms Proven teamwork skills Ability to confidently discuss and advise on all of Engineers Irelands CPD offerings Ability to build effective, positive relationships at all levels with multiple stakeholders A high level of initiative, energy and motivation with an ability to devise and implement continual process improvements Qualification in a relevant area As an Employer we are committed to continual development of our employees.
