The consultant will safeguard data quality and lineage while turning data into insight that improves member experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Analyse data to identify trends, define KPIs, and support forecasting that improves contact centre performance and customer experience Lead data migrations from legacy systems into AWS and Salesforce, including data model design and ETL processes Build source-to-target mappings and maintain end-to-end data lineage across Salesforce, AWS, APIs, and downstream systems Produce data flow diagrams and technical documentation describing how data is created, transformed, and consumed Run data validation, reconciliation, and governance checks using SQL Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and Contact Centre teams to translate requirements into data solutions Key Skills 5+ years in data analysis, migration, or integration roles Strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience with ETL, data migration, and integration patterns Practical knowledge of AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena) and Salesforce Python or scripting experience xyswxtq Comfortable producing data lineage maps, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation Understanding of API and message mapping, including asynchronous integrations Desirable Experience working within the financial services sector AWS Data Analyst certification or data governance exposure Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau Please note that you must hold a valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa to apply.
