Candidates should have previous residential, commercial, retail or fit-out experience in Ireland.
An immediate start is available.
The location would suit someone in the North Mayo or Sligo region.
The Role and Requirements: Previous experience in Ireland working on large residential projects or similar.
Trade background would be an advantage.
Supervising subcontractors and labour on site Overseeing all aspects from groundworks to finishing stages and handover.
Ensuring quality of the finishes Liaising with the clients, the engineers and the architect when required.
A minimum of 10 years experience within the construction industry in Ireland Remuneration: Remuneration will be negotiated at offer stage with the successful candidate.
