The successful Planning Manager will be responsible for the planning and programming function across a range of projects.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience in a planning role with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK, with a strong preference for local market experience.
Duties: Develop, manage and maintain master programmes across live projects from pre-construction through to handover Produce detailed baseline programmes, short-term lookahead programmes and recovery programmes where required Monitor and report on project progress against programme at regular intervals Identify and communicate delays, risks and mitigation measures to the project and senior management teams Prepare and submit extension of time claims and delay analysis in support of the commercial team Liaise with clients, design teams and subcontractors on programme matters Support the pre-construction and estimating teams with tender programmes and methodology statements Attend project and client meetings, presenting programme updates as required Drive a culture of programme awareness across site and project teams Requirements: Construction related degree 10+ years' experience as a Planner/Planning Manager with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject Must have experience working in Ireland Benefits: Salary circa €110,000 to €125,000 DOE Pension Benefits package Hybrid working open to discussion If you are a Planning Manager looking for your next career move, please send your CV or call Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
