Work setting: 100% onsite, located on the 2nd floor (stairs only, no elevator)

Role Overview Looking for a junior or entry‑level CAD Designer who can be trained into a full‑time employee.
Team Structure
Reports directly to Don, Mechanical CAD Designer
Collaborates regularly with Sales, Systems, plumbers, electricians, installers, and field teams
Company / Work
Builds water systems for residential, medium, and commercial customers
Recently received a high volume of large system orders
Has been seeking a CAD resource for some time
Responsibilities
Assist engineers with CAD drawings
Perform general CAD tasks as needed
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and field teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Entry‑level CAD background
Motivated to learn and grow in a CAD/design career
Located in North County or willing to commute to Vista
Seeking a long‑term career opportunity
Comfortable working fully onsite
Willing to use safety shoes (voucher provided) and PPE (provided)
Interview Process
Two onsite interviews
CAD assessment or test in between interviews
