Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field, including ownership of production data pipelines and systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and data platforms.
Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering solutions in partnership with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience independently driving projects from design through production deployment and operational support.
Experience implementing data security, governance, or access control practices for sensitive data.
Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
Experience with large language models (LLMs), semantic layers, model context protocols (MCPs), or related technologies.
Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, or similar technologies.
Experience using infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
Experience working under HIPAA or other regulated environments.
Experience designing data architectures that enable large language models (LLMs) to securely access and reason over enterprise data.
Experience in influencing technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring other engineers.
