Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a QA Manager-Supply Chain in Taylor, MS . The QA Manager will support the quality systems and a regulated supply chain within the pharmaceutical environment. General responsibilities include quality operations pertaining to manufacturing, warehouse management, and supply chain management within a laboratory environment. The position will also require knowledge of ICH Q7, 21 CFR Part 11, and 21 CFR 210 & 211.Title: QA Manager-Supply ChainDuration: PermanentPay: $95,000-110,000 DOELocation: Taylor, MSShift: M-F 8-5pmRESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and timely completion of Quality Assurance activitiesProvide oversight of quality systems, including labeling, GMP training, compliance, document control, information tracking, and equipment calibrationLead investigation activities, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plansSupport internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely resolution and closure of findingsDevelop, maintain, and control document storage and retrieval systems in compliance with GMP requirementsReview and approve Quality Operations processes, SOPs, and GMP documentation, as applicableUtilize statistical process control to analyze quality trends and prepare KPI reports for senior managementEnsure timely closure and effective management of audit findingsPrepare QA reports and provide data to support cross-functional business needsOversee management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in a timely and compliant mannerSupport customer complaint investigations, ensuring appropriate documentation and resolutionSupervise, train, and mentor junior QA staff to support team development and capability buildingEnsure full compliance with cGMP regulations and all applicable SOPsExperience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) environmentsExperience in quality operations within manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain environmentsExposure to international supply chain and distribution operations preferredStrong knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP compliance requirementsHands‑on experience with vendor management, customer complaints, deviations, CAPA, change control, and investigationsExperience supporting internal and external audits and regulatory inspectionsKnowledge of document control systems, GMP training programs, labeling systems, and metrology programsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a GMP‑regulated manufacturing or distribution environment preferredAbility to read and interpret technical procedures, SOPs, GMP regulations, and governmental requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisionHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsKnowledge of ICH Q7, 21 CFR Part 11, and 21 CFR 210 & 211ASQ certifications, ISO 9000 knowledge, or formal audit training preferredBENEFITS:Medical, Prescription, Dental & Vision Benefits (for employees working 20+ hours per week)Health Savings Account (HSA) (for employees working 20+ hours per week)Life & Disability Insurance (for employees working 20+ hours per week)MetLife Voluntary BenefitsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401K Retirement Savings PlanDirect Deposit & weekly epayrollReferral Bonus ProgramsCertification and training opportunitiesNote: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
