This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of the finance function, lead a medium-sized team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in partnering with operations and production teams, driving strong financial performance and supporting the business through continued growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a medium-sized finance team, providing direction, coaching and development Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes Manage audit processes and ensure strong financial governance Maintain and improve compliance standards across the finance function Partner closely with operational and production teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making Work collaboratively with senior leadership teams to drive business performance Support recruitment and team growth within the finance function Occasional travel may be required as part of the role Key Requirements: 5+ years' experience working in a Financial Controller position or similar senior finance leadership role Proven experience managing and developing teams Strong experience xyswxtq partnering with senior leadership stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous improvement A competitive package is on offer for the successful candidate.
