Payroll Manager 9 months FTC Location: Dundalk Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent We are partnering with our client, a leading Top 20 accountancy and taxation practice with a strong presence in the Northeast, to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee a busy payroll bureau team.

Salary:€50,000 DOE Benefits: Flexible working hours with a 4.5-day week Paid professional membership (e.g.
IPASS) 24 days annual leave (with option to accrue additional leave) Free parking Social, CSR and wellbeing initiatives Discounts across gym, retail, travel and more Onsite facilities including food truck and games room Key Responsibilities Oversee the accurate processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls Ensure compliance with PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, pensions, and Revenue requirements Manage payroll deadlines, controls, and quality standards across the bureau Review complex payroll calculations and statutory payments Lead payroll-related reporting and process improvement Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and support payroll team members Allocate workloads and ensure service delivery standards are achieved Provide technical guidance and training on payroll legislation and best practices Support the ongoing development of payroll processes and team capability Client Relationship Management Manage key client relationships and act as the main escalation point for payroll queries Deliver a high-quality payroll service while ensuring compliance and accuracy Support business development activities and client onboarding where required Key Requirements 5+ years' payroll experience, ideally within a payroll bureau environment IPASS qualified (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements Previous people management or team leadership experience Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Paula Tavares or call Osborne Recruitment on .
