This pivotal role combines hands-on payroll and benefits administration with employee relations, HR reporting, recruitment support, and driving key initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
What Youll Bring: 2 to 5 years of HR experience, with strong experience in payroll and benefits administration Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting Proven ability to interpret people data to support business decision-making Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with employees at all levels Adaptability to navigate evolving business needs and environments Key requirements: University degree in HR, Business or a related field xyswxtq Experience with payroll processing, tax reconciliation and benefits renewals Exposure to wellbeing programs and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives Background in recruitment administration and onboarding/offboarding coordination Familiarity with GDPR compliance and HR audit processes
