Duties: Building strong collaborative partnership with clients, sub-contractors, sourcing representatives and wider client stakeholders across multiple business units.
Managing a Portfolio of projects, overseeing all aspects of project works Develop and monitor programme of works.
Dealing with all contractual matters and advising on commercial risks within the project.
Agreeing project objectives whilst ensuring client satisfaction .
To promote and ensure high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures onsite.
Prepare progress reports KPIs, and technical reports for clients and for internal use.
Undertake regular formal inspections of sites and consultants work in accordance with company policy.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, programs, schedules, and execution plans.
Deliver projects to the agreed schedule, scope, quality and budget.
Oversee budgets, valuations and costs whilst recognising contractual requirements.
Identify and initiate necessary change control processes.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Work with project teams to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site.
Manage commercial relationships and ways of working with Clients and / or Consultants to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of works and services.
Lead contractual negotiations and provide guidance to Project Manager where necessary.
This role is dynamic and not limited to the tasks listed.
Experience: 4+ years experience at a similar level in in Civil Construction? A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and general IT tools? Strong skills in subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication? Previous experience on water and wastewater infrastructure projects is a strong advantage? Proven ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities? Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills? Comfortable working alongside clients and the public? xyswxtq Strong communication skills with a high level of motivation.?
