The Project You will lead the final 12 months to completion on a premium public infrastructure scheme.
Scope: Delivery of a new GAA pitch, a professional running track, surrounding road infrastructure, and a dedicated public car park.
Focus: Managing strict local authority compliance, sub-contractor coordination, and tight timeline management to hand over the facility on time.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate diverse specialist trades, from sports pitch installers to civil road contractors.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface for Council representatives, design teams, and engineering consultants.
HSEQ Leadership: Enforce flawless health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across an active public works site.
Experience: Proven track record as a Site Manager, specifically delivering civil engineering, sports infrastructure, or local authority groundworks projects.
Qualifications: Valid Safe Pass, CSCS card, and Managing Safely in Construction (CIF) or equivalent certifications. xyswxtq
Skills: Strong programming capability, exceptional leadership, and experience dealing with council handovers.
