Make a tangible difference across our Trust by playing a key role in enabling safe, reliable, and effective digital environments for our pupils and staff.
You will support the day-to-day use of ICT across our schools through the maintenance of hardware, software, and infrastructure, as well as providing responsive support to staff and pupils, helping to maximise school operational efficiency and learning outcomes.
Predominantly based at one of our Blackpool schools, this is a hands-on, varied, multi-site role requiring regular presence across our academies and college, offering the opportunity to work across a diverse and rewarding educational environment.

*What We’re Looking For*
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Knowledge and experience across a range of ICT systems, including Windows-based environments, hardware, software, and operating systems
* A Level 3 ICT qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally with relevant vendor exposure (Lenovo, HP, Dell, HPE Aruba etc)
* A proactive, practical, hands-on approach to resolving technical issues
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both staff and pupils effectively
* Experience of, or exposure to, Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments would be advantageous
* Experience of working in an educational setting (beneficial but not essential)
_This role is advertised as term time only however there may be the option for full year working._
_A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the multi-site nature of the role._
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,677.00-£27,665.00 per year
