You'll provide 2nd level support for daily network issues, manage alerts, collaborate on network projects, and support system installations across sites.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve daily network infrastructure issues from Service Now platform.
Analyse alerts and collaborate on resolution with senior staff.
Assist with network infrastructure projects.
Maintain telecommunication rooms and components in Tralee, Co Kerry.
Facilitate vendor meetings to support network infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years' experience in network infrastructure.
Expertise in routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint), and load balancers (F5, Gigamon).
Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), DNS, DHCP, and more.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD access, and cloud infrastructure components.
Proficient in network management platforms (Cisco ISE, Solarwinds, NetBrain).
Experience in automation (Ansible, Python).
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. xyswxtq
This role is being offered hybrid with 2 days a week onsite in Tralee, Co.
Kerry.
