Site Manager I

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, dependable, organized, and knows how to bring people together while keeping operations running smoothly.

Oversee daily clinic operations and support both front office and clinical teams

Help create a positive, team oriented culture focused on patient care and employee support

Coach, guide, and empower employees while maintaining accountability

Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational problem solving

Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience and clinic performance

Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments

Help maintain an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed

Strong management and communication skills

Someone who leads by example and works well with all personality types

Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast paced environment

Healthcare, customer service, or clinic experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare or Business Administration
• MPA, MBA or MHA preferred
• 5-8 years previous medical practice management experience
• Healthcare, clinic, customer service, or fast paced operational experience is a plus
