*Responsibilities*
* Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure the group’s vision for the system is understood and minimize changes to system functionality and related processes.
* Work with our agreed ‘cookie cutter’ base plan to develop workable plans for each business migration whilst keeping within the agreed timelines.
* Take ownership of multiple D365 ERP migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure all project tasks are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
* Identify and escalate project risks as they arise and manage the implementation of mitigation strategies.
* Manage and coordinate process changes required for seamless integration into the new ERP system.
* Lead and manage the end-to-end data collation, cleansing, and migration process, leveraging third-party support where necessary, to transition data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics.
* Oversee operational testing to validate the system's readiness before go-live.
* Deliver and develop training plans to ensure all system users receive comprehensive training and support tailored to their needs.
* Deliver and develop clear, targeted communication plans to inform users of changes, impacts to their roles, and required actions.
* Maintain and manage issue logs, ensuring all identified issues are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently.
* Report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ERP implementations or migrations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Strong background in managing business process transformations and change management.
* Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills and composure under pressure.
* Proven experience in effectively managing project stakeholders at all levels, including third-party vendors.
* Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
* Strong problem-solving abilities paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Possess a friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build trust, put stakeholders at ease, and instil confidence in project / system.
* Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operations processes in ERP system highly desirable.
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are highly desirable.
* Experience working with newly acquired businesses during IT system transitions highly desirable.
