This is a key leadership role responsible for managing service teams, improving operational performance, and implementing modern systems, processes, and reporting structures to support future growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the service department, including technicians, advisors, and support staff.
Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
Implement and enhance information-gathering systems, processes, and procedures.
Manage parts inventory and service resources effectively.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other departments.
Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or similar role within the motor industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus.
Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
Full driving licence required. xyswxtq
Mechanical qualification desirable but not essential.
