About the Role The successful candidate will join a high-performing team responsible for overseeing compliance activities across a range of energy upgrade programmes.
You will work closely with programme teams, external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure that inspections, audits and quality assurance activities are delivered effectively and efficiently.
This role combines project management, risk assessment, data analytics and operational oversight within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities Apply risk-based methodologies to select projects and properties for inspection and audit.
Support compliance and governance across energy upgrade programmes.
Manage and coordinate outsourced inspection and audit providers.
Monitor service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Track audit outcomes and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Analyse operational data and identify emerging trends and risks.
Produce reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Utilise tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to generate meaningful insights.
Support the development and enhancement of digital systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve programme delivery and customer outcomes.
Participate in occasional site visits and inspections across Ireland.
Experience/Requirements A third-level qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, Data Analytics, Science, Technology or a related discipline.
Strong experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. xyswxtq
