This role is suited to a site-based Foreperson with strong finishing experience, not a snagger or trade-only background.
You will be responsible for driving quality, coordinating subcontractors, and managing the finishing phase to handover.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all finishing trades on site Ensure high-quality standards are achieved across all units/areas Oversee and drive programme during the finishing phase Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors Maintain a clean, organised and efficient finishing sequence Take ownership of areas from pre-finish through to handover Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson (essential) Background working with a main contractor on large-scale projects Strong track record delivering high-quality finishes on time Ability to manage multiple xyswxtq trades and push programme Excellent communication and leadership skills Not suitable for: Trade-only snaggers Carpenters looking to step up without foreperson experience Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a Tier 1 contractor with strong pipeline High-quality, well-resourced project in Cork City Competitive salary + package (DOE)
