The Role Based in Cork, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
You will play a central role in coordinating stakeholders, managing site operations, and ensuring technical excellence across all stages.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Leadership Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specification Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Chair meetings and provide regular progress reports Proactively resolve site and programme challenges Pre-Construction & Planning Review drawings and ensure buildability Develop programmes, procurement schedules, and resource plans Support tendering, value engineering, and cost efficiencies Ensure compliance with building control and certification requirements Technical ICF Oversight Provide expertise across ICF systems, concrete works, and structural detailing Oversee installation, reinforcement, and concrete pouring processes Conduct pre- and post-pour inspections, quality checks, and testing Liaise with structural engineers on sequencing and technical solutions Commercial & Financial Management Monitor budgets and project costs alongside QS team Track variations, change orders, and financial performance Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce inefficiencies Procurement & Supply Chain Manage procurement of materials including ICF, concrete, and reinforcement Coordinate deliveries to align with programme timelines Maintain supplier relationships and logistics across multiple sites Site & Construction Management Oversee day-to-day site operations Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures Coordinate sequencing of all key construction phases Drive programme adherence and site productivity Health, Safety & Compliance Promote a strong safety culture across all projects Review RAMS, temporary works, and safety procedures Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary client liaison Provide updates on programme, budget, risks, and quality Build long-term relationships and support repeat business Quality & Handover Ensure compliance with structural, thermal, xyswxtq and regulatory standards Manage snagging, commissioning, and project close-out Support warranty and post-completion processes Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction Strong knowledge of concrete / structural / ICF or similar systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and variations Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Munster Package Salary: Circa €95,000 Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Pension: 5% employer contribution (post-probation) 21 Days Annual Leave Mobile & laptop provided Strong support, training, and career development opportunities Why Apply?
