The Construction Project Manager IV drives high-value design and construction projects from planning through completion. You'll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.

• Lead large-scale construction and renovation projects end-to-end
• Develop project plans, milestones, and schedules
• Oversee field activities and resolve complex issues
• Review designs, submittals, and project costs
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings and maintain strong communication
• Track progress and deliver projects on time and within budget

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of construction, building systems, and codes

Expertise in scheduling, cost estimating, and project planning

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value projects

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Experience with project management and estimating tools
