CNA LTC

Tryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Palmer, AK 99645. This is a 20 weeks contract assignment. Job Title: CNA LTC Location: Palmer, AK 99645 Duration: 20 weeks Schedule: Variable Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Monitor and document resident health conditions.
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and transfers.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans.
• Adhere to all healthcare and facility regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA license in AK
• BLS certification required
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
