An Ollie's Retail Store Manager provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. They build and lead Associate teams passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. Primary responsibilities include financial oversight, exceptional associate and customer service, execution of company strategies, talent development, and maintaining store security.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
