Restaurant Assistant Operations Leader

• Responsible for staffing and leading teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
• The go-to individual on the team because you know every station and are a natural problem-solver.
• Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
• Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant General Manager role
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights.
• Ability to assist in multiple locations in the DMV
• Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish
• Strong catering background and knowledge

• A base salary of $60-$70K
• Lucrative bonuses based on restaurant performance
• Two weeks of Paid Time Off plus Sick Days
• Ability to grow with the company as we are opening more locations.
