Join the Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Partner Enablement team to help our partner community to discover, learn about, and implement our latest features and capabilities. The Partner Enablement team is responsible for enhancing how Apple works with partners to deploy products and services at scale across the globe. The team is part of the Operations department, focused on products available in the Apple Pay and Apple Wallet ecosystems. We're looking for an experienced and highly-motivated content manager to create outstanding third-party facing content and communications across multiple channels for our global Apple Pay and Apple Wallet communities.
Your work will help partners find the answers they need, when and where they need them. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys deconstructing detailed concepts into excellent and easy-to-understand material. We're especially interested in people who enjoy writing and creating for multiple mediums and channels. You should be comfortable collaborating with creative and technical teams as you develop concepts and content. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent content manager with strong editorial background, knowledge of payments and/or Apple Pay/Wallet platforms, and a passion for creating engaging and supportive websites and communications.

Responsibilities- Writing and editing

- We value collaboration and attention to detail and are looking for candidates who can be resourceful, adaptable, and creative with high energy and positivity.
- 5+ years successfully creating content.
- Bachelor's degree, marketing, editorial writing, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Excellent content writing and copy editing skills. Experience writing content for global distribution on desktop, mobile, and email.
- Ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Knowledge of a variety of style guides, including The Chicago Manual of Style.
- Comfortable giving and receiving editorial feedback to team members and content stakeholders outside of the team.
- Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Superior editorial judgment.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- An instinctive ability to be the voice of the partner.
- Experience with creating educational material.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships.
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple priorities simultaneously on deadline.
- Clear and concise communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to create clear processes, while maintaining flexibility for change.
- Works across cross-functional teams and geographies while demonstrating integrity.
- Work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of generative engine optimization (GEO) best practices.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.
- Introduce new ways of looking at problems, encouraging diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.
- Plan and prioritize work to align with broader organizational goals.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
