Facilities Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead safe, efficient, and sustainable campus operations. This role oversees buildings, grounds, transportation, food service, and safety, working closely with senior leadership to keep our school running smoothly.

• Oversee daily maintenance, repairs and security
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
• Coordinate facility scheduling, events, and space reservations
• Supervise outsourced food service operations
• Manage student transportation and school vehicle fleet
• Oversee safety drills, and access control systems
• Supervises two maintenance and facilities team members

• Experience in facilities management, school operations, or a related leadership role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance
• Organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven leadership style
• Bachelor's degree preferred
