- Dublin This is a senior position responsible for leading the planning and environmental consent process, including the coordination and delivery of theRailway Order application, Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR), Appropriate Assessment (AA), and other statutory environmental deliverables.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the Railway Order and statutory consent process from inception to submission Managing EIAR, AA, NIS, and supporting environmental documentation Coordinating multidisciplinary teams of planners, engineers, ecologists, and consultants Engaging with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies Ensuring compliance with Irish and EU environmental and planning legislation Managing project risks, quality assurance, and environmental reporting We are looking for someone with: 7+ years experience delivering EIARs for major infrastructure projects Proven experience with Railway Orders or equivalent statutory applications in Ireland Strong knowledge of environmental and planning legislation Excellent xyswxtq stakeholder management and communication skills Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major transport infrastructure project and help shape the future of sustainable rail connectivity Skills: Environmental Management Planning EIA Railway Systems Railway Planning Project Management
