Shareridge is currently seeking a reliable and experiencedCivilConstruction Managerto join our expanding team in managing ourWaterandWastewaterInfrastructureprojects in the Midlands and Southeast regions.

Duties: Building strong collaborative partnership with clients, sub-contractors, sourcingrepresentativesand wider client stakeholders across multiple business units.
Managing a Portfolio of projects, overseeing all aspects of project works Develop andmonitorprogramme of works.
Dealing with all contractual matters and advising on commercial risks within the project.
Agreeing projectobjectiveswhilst ensuring clientsatisfaction.
To promote and ensurehigh standardsof Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures onsite.
Prepare progress reports KPIs, and technical reports for clients and for internal use.
Undertake regular formal inspections of sites and consultants workin accordance withcompany policy.
Assistin the preparation of project documentation, programs, schedules, and execution plans.
Deliver projects to the agreed schedule, scope,qualityand budget.
Oversee budgets, valuations and costs whilst recognising contractual requirements.
Identifyandinitiatenecessary change control processes.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Work with project teams to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring theycomply withthe programme of works on site.
Manage commercial relationships and ways of working with Clients and / or Consultants to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of works and services.
Lead contractual negotiations and provide guidance to Project Manager where necessary.
This role is dynamic and not limited to the tasks listed.
Experience: 4+years experienceat a similar level ininCivil Construction? A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline? Proficiencyin AutoCAD, MS Project, and general IT tools? Strong skills in subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication? Previousexperience on waterandwastewaterinfrastructure projects is a strong advantage? Proven ability to problemsolveand manage multiple priorities? Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills? Comfortable working alongside clients and the public? xyswxtq Strong communicationskills witha high levelof motivation.?
