- Fully Onsite Are you passionate about developing high-performing sales teams? Do you have experience in digital advertising sales and a talent for engaging, instructor-led training? Our client is seeking an Ad Sales Trainer to join a global technology programme, delivering training that enables advertising sales professionals to perform at their very best.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with your passion for learning and development, helping to onboard, coach, and upskill sales teams within one of the world's most innovative technology environments.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is based fully onsite and does not offer hybrid/ remote working.
The Role Deliver engaging instructor-led training to new and existing Ad Sales professionals.
Design and facilitate onboarding programmes, workshops, and refresher training.
Develop learning materials, assessments, certifications, and training resources.
Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate training interventions.
Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI.
Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to support ongoing capability development.
Utilise Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer courses, reporting, and learner engagement.
Foster an engaging, collaborative, and high-performing learning culture.
What We're Looking For Experience delivering instructor-led training, coaching, or learning programmes.
Previous experience working within digital advertising sales, either as an Ad Sales Trainer or as an Ad Sales professional with responsibility for coaching or developing others.
Experience within a technology, SaaS, cloud, or AI environment.
Strong understanding of consultative sales and commercial enablement.
Experience creating learning content, assessments, and training materials.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
