You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, and deliver the project safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project oversight Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Health & Safety compliance Enforce safety standards in line with Irish legislation (e.g., Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act).
Subcontractor coordination Schedule, supervise, and evaluate subcontractor performance.
Quality control Ensure all work meets required specifications and industry standards.
Reporting & documentation Maintain site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation. xyswxtq
Stakeholder communication Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
