Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven sales professional to take ownership of a territory and drive new business growth.
The role focuses on engaging SME clients, understanding their payment needs, and delivering tailored, consultative solutions within the card payments space.
Youll operate in a target-driven environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales within the SME sector across your assigned territory Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Generate new business through proactive outreach including cold calling, networking, and email activity Conduct professional, consultative meetings with prospective clients, identifying opportunities to improve and reduce their payment costs Present and sell card payment solutions tailored to customer needs Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, including pipeline and activity reporting Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth sales process Ensure all documentation and customer information is completed accurately and submitted on time Adhere to company compliance, quality standards, and sales processes at all times Requirements Proven experience in field sales and consultative selling Strong background in business development within a target-driven environment Experience selling payment solutions, financial services, or a similar product is highly advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal xyswxtq skills, with the ability to influence SME decision-makers Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Full, clean driving licence Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel A driven, ambitious mindset with a passion for sales and earning potential Benefits Competitive base salary (€35,000 €40,000) Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of €65,000+ Performance-based incentives and recognition programmes Opportunity to join a high-growth company with strong career progression prospects Supportive, high-performance sales culture Company benefits package #LI-MP1 #CplCorkSales
