Business Development Associate Position Summary Smart Reactors is seeking an ambitious business development executive to accelerate company growth by generating strategic opportunities with innovation-led organisations on a global basis.

Key Objectives: Develop a sales pipeline growth model annually.
Generate >20 qualified meeting per month.
Create a repeatable outbound growth process supported by automation and AI tools.
Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to create technical content, including whitepapers, case studies and presentations.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, social media and email campaigns.
Run extensive email campaigns using the latest tools including AI.
Build relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and regulatory bodies.
Represent Smart Reactors at conferences, trade shows and networking events to enhance brand awareness.
Analyse marketing performance data and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Proficient in Linked-In marketing campaigns and general outreach.
Deploy and maintain CRM.
Develop key metrics and reporting structure Key Responsibilities:Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing & Campaign Management, Event & Network Development & CRM management & KPI reporting Experience Required 5+ years B2B business development experience with a proven track record generating new business opportunities, ideally medical devices.
Experience selling technical, engineering, innovation, consulting or technology services preferred.
Qualifications in Marketing, Sales/SEO or a related field essential.
Sales/business development experience in medical devices or life science is essential.
Strong SEO experience and execution.
Extensive knowledge in leading AI platforms and how to adapt.
Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
