2 other practicing dentists
Compensation & Benefits: $900/day guaranteed
for the first 5 months
Transition to
32% of net production
starting in month 6
$10,000 sign-on bonus $5,000 paid with first payroll
$5,000 after 90 days
Monthly payroll
on the 15th (for the previous month)
