What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.
Generate sales growth and customer satisfaction through inspired leadership of the sales team.
Lead with a “we” versus “me” mindset and be an expert listener.
Set an optimistic mood on the sales floor, always finding ways to motivate the team and develop their skills as sales professionals.
Who You Are:
Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
A skilled communicator and expert listener.
Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving skills.
Passionate about interior design and customer service.
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly
Post Training Rate: Continuous hourly base plus percentage of Store Sales plus personal commissions. Uncapped personal commissions.
