Long-Term Care Division Manager

What You'll Own

Own your region end-to-end hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual retention and onboarding targets with confidence and accountability.

Educate and influence key decision-makers, positioning our LTC pharmacy, DME, and supply services to meet each facility's unique needs.

Cultivate lasting partnerships by being the person your clients trust and call first, building relationships that stand the test of time.

Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences; networking and showcasing our comprehensive offerings.

Stay sharp on the market by monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify and seize new opportunities ahead of the curve.

Keep clean CRM records of all account and referral-related activity, so the entire team can move fast and stay informed.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor's degree

LTC experience preferred

Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred

Experience: 13 years of medical sales experience (pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)

13 years of B2B customer service experience

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport at every level

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and Google Suite

Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays

Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
